Popping Up

pop up shop 3

I’ve always loved entertaining. Whether it’s a birthday party, a dinner party, or just a casual night of wine and cheese with friends, entertaining and being a hostess have always been favorite pastimes of mine. I recently mentioned how I’m now working with Chloe + Isabel, and this past weekend I hosted my first pop up shop. It was a fun afternoon of fabulous jewelry and friends (I also sold my FPTP greeting cards at the event). I wanted to share some pictures with you from the day, and I hope you all enjoy.

Summer Soiree

I know I know, it’s not even spring. However, the second I saw this skirt I thought of summer. And then I thought of hosting a summer soiree, and I got really excited. The skirt is everything. The colors are perfection, and I wish I could wear it right now. Seeing as I can’t, I will just gush over it until the seasons change.

There were a couple very gloomy days last week, and I wanted to do or make something that would bring a little sunshine into our apartment. I decided to make chocolate covered pretzels, but instead of regular chocolate, I used yellow chocolate candy (tastes just like any other chocolate). I also decided to use flower pretzel molds. Not only did they taste delicious, but the bright yellow color made me forget all about the rain outside.
